Important: Before confirming the transfer, please be aware of the type of network you are using! We do not support any alternative networks such as Binance Smart Chain, you need to confirm you are using the correct network depending on the cryptocurrency of your choice.
Passfolio Financial is not responsible if you send deposits to an incorrect address, or use an incorrect network.If you deposit to an incorrect address, we can attempt to recover it, but there is no guarantee, and fees may incur. The chain (network) that a crypto deposit is sent on is really important. If deposits are sent on the wrong chain we may attempt to recover it but this is in no way guaranteed

Please keep in mind that crypto withdrawals are not allowed. Once the crypto is in your Passfolio Financial account, in order to withdraw it, you must first sell your crypto to obtain Dollars, and then transfer to your stock account in order to withdraw your money to a bank account under your name.
